the same here im like logged in but when i go in to the game im a unnamed deer aand its the right user and pass because i write them on a piece of paper.
You will need to open the game menu in order to log in. Please see this tutorial, it gives you step by step instructions on how to log in. Be sure that you have received your registration e-mail and used the link inside it to activate your account before attempting to log into the game.
Hi Deerygirly132, have you waited several days for the email? ToT is a lot smaller than other online games you might be used to, everything takes a little bit longer.
Are you certain you wrote your email correctly when registering for the pictogram?

I have the same problem. I can run the program with no problems, but I am not logged in. I waited for it to connect (as I know sometimes it takes a long time), but it still hadn't worked after half an hour. I've unistalled and reinstalled the whole game multiple times, but whenever I go to the options>>Network, It says Connection: Error.
Someone please help. And where it says 'Connection' there is no place to type my username or password, only a checkmark that is ticked. Please help!
DeathGiver if you've tried all the things players have suggested in the comments above, there isn't much else you can do. Sometimes players are unable to connect to the server for mysterious reasons. This can last for a few hours or even months. Unfortunately we just don't have a definitive cause-and-effect for this.
Give the comments on this blog a read through if you haven't already and try what other members have suggested. Hopefully that can help your issues.
edit: There are also many other blogs that have been created asking for help with this issue. You might have luck searching using the site search bar to find them, they might offer other suggestions not listed here.
i can also go as an unnamed deer but only in the new version and not the old, i have good internet speed and all that but when i try to connect it always says error for some reason, it is very annoying, are other people not being able to log into the new but can log into the old?
