This is, how it works

There is a chance, that someone eventually reaches a point, where he or she has to make a decision. A decision between two possibilities.

The first one would be, to stick to old rules and morals. The rules and morals that make it possible for human beings to live together, to act human, to be human.

The second one would be, to break all rules, to leave behind every single bit of humanity. The possibility of going too far…
If a person reaches that point, and chooses the second possibility, his or her life will rootedly change.
He or she will never be the same person again.
Once they cross that thin line, once they go too far, they'll break free from everything.
Once they cross the border, once they reache the other side, they reach a point of no return.

They are free.

Most people would never even think of that possibility of ‘going too far’. They are afraid of themselves, afraid of the things they can and would do.
If you randomly grab a person on the street and let them choose between those two possibilities, they will most likely choose possibility number one. Common sense don’t let them even think of taking possibility number two.

But some of them would, no matter what they said and believed before.
They would go too far.

Of course, chances are quite low, a man or a woman reaches that point only once in his or her whole life.

But when someone reaches that point, it doesn’t matter, what or who they are. Man, woman, mother, father, politician, worker, rich, poor… it doesn’t matter.
At this point it’s only their decision, that counts.
