Today is my 19th birthday.
A couple of days ago was Jay's 3rd birthday too.
It wasn't a very good birthday, but a birthday none-the-less.
I don't know why I'm posting this, I just felt like announcing that I'm another year older.
Yeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaah....

The Endless Forest deviantART Fan Club is running a Seasons and Elements Contest right now until March 1st! Check it out!

The contest involves you drawing/painting/crafting your deer character or someone elses deer (must be The Endless Forest related) in a certain season or element. Example: fire, water, or in the spring, winter. You can pick any season/element you want, you can combine them if you want, be creative and original!

Secret Santa, The Endless Forest Chapter 2!

Welcome to Secret Santa 2009! Since many members enjoyed Secret Santa last year I thought I would host it again this year. Of course it means I can't participate, but I love the unity it brings around holiday time. I hope everything goes well this year!



The holiday season is quickly approaching and I thought it might be a fun idea to host a Secret Santa in the TEF community. I know there is a lot of writing below but please read it! It's important information.

Welcome to The Great Big Book of Birthdays! Your one stop shop for all of your friends birth dates. I spontaneously decided to make a diary of everyones birthdays all in one big list, so here it is! At the beginning of each month the people in that month will get a big happy birthday and a special shout out for their special day, and also a reminder that birthdays are coming up. Everyone likes to get birthday wishes, and this makes it easier for everyone to know whose birthday is when.

If you would like to join the birthday list please type you birth date in a comment below including month, day and year.

October 30th is the last day to submit your suggestions and entries into the calendar! Voting will commence soon after that and will last for 1 week!

Hello TEFers! Our old members may remember last years calendar, and we're doing it all over again! We are going to create a TEF themed calendar featuring 13 pieces of art for this calendar.



Restrictions:
- The art pieces must be at least 1650x1275 pixels to a maximum of 3300x2550 pixels. It's better to be on the larger side. If you are willing to blow up your artwork to meet the size requirement and it still looks good, that works too.

1. I would appreciate if each and every member would be able to suggest at least 1-3 pieces they would enjoy seeing in the calendar. Yes, you may suggest your own. You can suggest any art piece but remember small images will not be able to be used. Remember that only the small versions are submitted here to the club so the original artist may have a bigger image on their computer.
2. Please select images from the deviantART gallery, the community site gallery, and TEF art from our deviantART favourites.
3. Please post the links in the comment section!
4. I will then contact the top 30(ish) people and make sure their art piece is the correct size. If the suggested images are not the right size, the next image will be chosen instead. The top 30 pieces will then be voted on by the community.
5. The top 13 scoring pieces will then make it into the calendar!
