He cannot see but is the Judge of the Dead as many say. With a body to rival any living beings mind with horrors. King Minos passes Judgment to all who have sinned. He gives a sniff and then will skewer one with his tail, slamming them upon the giant wheel and launching them into the depths of the Circles.
