The smell of a fireplace, Warmth
In the cold, cold snow outside,
Lures the silvery haired man inside
And slowly, ever so slowly
Up starlit stairs.

Inside, the silvery man, sees it
Reds, oranges, yellows, beautiful fire
Dancing a merry dance
Waiting for Santa’s feet, to set it to sleep
And to wake it up once again.

The human form reindeer smiles
Christmas, the time of the reindeer
And not a time of eating them
A tap on the shoulder turns him round
To the beautiful golden haired boy he found.

A grin of mischief, a blush of worry
What was his boyfriend planning this time?
A little glance upwards, following those shining blue eyes
And his own of ice widen
A little green plant hangs down.

‘Mistletoe, my love’ He whispers.
The silvery haired man’s face, turns red with heat
‘Got to kiss me now.’
And with that, love is made.
With a gentle, sweet touch, of lip to lip.

He didn’t feel anything for it
Cold, white underneath his feet.
The emotionless don’t feel anything for mere snow
And for the Christmastime around
But only for some, do they smile.

A drink from a bottle
Liquid warmth
Removing the bitter chill
Of Alaskan Winter

Snow falling around him
Touching him gently, like dancing fae
Leaping around his body
With their feet cold, cold as his heart
Supposedly.
Thoughts of one
And in this snow,
The white, cold snow
Alaska smiles, just once.
